You could sprinkle some cinnamon on them if you want to flavor them but they would be great just plain. <br /><br />When I dry fruit I just leave it plain, usually. Except for if it needs to be dipped in lemon juice to help it not turn dark brown lol.<br /><br />How do you make your fruit leathers. I have tried a couple and they didn't turn out to great.
