Technically it's not cream cheese, but I use it as such. I am going to learn to make soap this fall. When Febe first freshened she was giving 5 lbs of milk, twice a day. Which is about 2 and a half litres twice a day. Now I'm barely getting one litre twice a day. Yes, I milk both am and pm. <br /><br />I didn't realize you only had your goats a month. I love having them. I'm warning you, DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH THE KIDS!!!!They are all cute as buttons. Unless, you plan on keeping them all.
