Of course if my MIL didn't tell me she had ordered I wouldn't know what they were talking about. I would drive all the way downtown, pay to park, drag the kids up 3 stories to catalog dept and then they could never find my order because (surprise!) I didn't order it. They would always have it filed under the phone number of who ordered it, not who they called to pick it up. I don't carry my inlaws phone number so I would wait for a l-o-n-g time while they found it. Then they would inform me that the order was here but not cleared because my MIL did not have enough money available on her charge card. It was maxed out. BUT if I wanted to take the gifts I could pay for them. This happened several years in a row. I paid for them myself once. They even asked me if I wanted to increase my limit, when it was my MIL card. It was crazy! I told them numerous times not to call me to pick up an order unless it was available for me to pick up. I left fuming numerous times.PAK ARThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11985770093478778520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7461988211718746801.post-44331541803591520962010-01-14T18:44:20.421-04:002010-01-14T18:44:20.421-04:00They are if you want to talk to anyone about anyth...They are if you want to talk to anyone about anything. You get shuffled back and forth when the first person should have been able to bring all the information up in the data base in the first place...
